Your service installation is unique to you and your property. You have choices and control over your installation process.

We have put together a guide to help you with your ordering process if you need it.

First things first...

What type of customer are you?

(use the button links below to view your specific instructions)

My CenturyLink Customer

This means you are already CenturyLink customer who currently has an account online with CenturyLink to pay your bills and receive eStatements.

CenturyLink Customer

This means you are already a CenturyLink customer but you DO NOT have an online account and receive all of your statements as paper by regular mail.

NEW Customer

This means you are currently NOT a CenturyLink customer and need to set up an account from scratch.

BUSINESS Customer

This means you are currently CenturyLink customer with a Business Account and need to set up Fiber and an online payment account.

Account & Tech SUPPORT

If you are having trouble with an installation order or technical difficulties after your installation Lumen has created a special hotline for your support.

To report problems to Lumen or troubleshoot issues yourself after hours you can use Lumen's online help section if you have an internet connection.
